Fair labour for all

PopSockets holds our suppliers to the highest ethical and human rights standards and we’ve taken actions to ensure that remains of utmost priority. In 2018, PopSockets was approved as an affiliate company by the Fair Labor Association (FLA), an organisation that promotes best practices in company management of human rights within the supply chain. Our goal is to achieve full FLA accreditation in 2021. We’ve also defined a strict Code of Conduct that puts worker wellbeing as the number one priority. And of course it prohibits all forms of modern slavery, child labor, and harassment in the workplace.

Women's health in the supply chain

In 2018-2019, in an effort to improve the health and well-being of women working in our Chinese factories, PopSockets partnered with HERProject, a collaborative initiative that strives to empower low-income women working in global supply chains. Through a year-long training program focused on personal hygiene, family planning, menstruation, maternal health, HIV/AIDS and nutrition, women were empowered to become self-advocates and make healthy choices—both at home and in the workplace.
