PopSockets are awesome—are you sure you want to return? If you're not a fan, perhaps you'd want to give yours to someone who is?
 
How long do I have to return my items?
Here at PopSockets UK we offer a 28 day returns policy that commences on the day you receive your order. Within this time you can return your unused goods for a refund or exchange. Please note, all items returned after this 28 day period will be returned back to you unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Can I return my items?
We will NOT accept returns if:
  • The item has been used
  • The packaging has been lost, thrown away or damaged
  • The item has been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging
  • The item is over the 28 day period

If in the rare circumstance you have received the incorrect item, please inform us of this within 48 hours of receipt and do not use this item.

Custom PopSockets are not legible for return.

My PopSocket has come apart. What do I do?
Do not worry! This is not a fault and can be easily fixed.
The accordion just needs pushing back into the base. Watch this video to help you.

My item is faulty. What do I do?

In the unfortunately event that you deem an item is faulty please contact us via email to sales@swagdistribution.co.uk with images of the fault along with a description and your order ID.

How do I return my item(s)?

Along with your item(s) you will need to insert a note inside the returning packaging stating your Order ID, Name, Item(s) returned and what outcome you would like.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item(s). If you are shipping items worth over £75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We aim to process and inspect all returns within 5 days once we have received the goods. Please allow for this time period before getting in touch. 
If there are any issues we will contact you regarding the query.

My exchange is urgent, what do I do?
We understand we sometimes need your exchange sooner rather than later. In this case we recommend placing a new order through our website and returning your original order for a refund.
 
Additional Information
If you had purchased your order through a third-party seller you will be required to return and contact that seller of your issue.
We reserve the right to reject your return after inspection if the returned item(s) does not meet requirements.
